Catalogue is available to view index of holdings. Call Roberto Ramos Perea, Director, at 787-977-2307. Letter of reference, identification required. May not bring bags into archive premises. May use laptop, pencils and pens and loose papers.
[edit] Document ordering and delivery
To request documents view the catalogue. There is no limit on the amount of documents you can view at one time. Documents are delivered in the box they are held in or in folders. You may view documents in a small meeting room. Time to have documents delivered varies: same day or several days. Photocopying is permitted on premises for a fee. No costs to use the archive. There is no staff.

Restaurants nearby in the historic city of Old San Juan, washrooms on premises, public transportation and taxis available in the city, internet access may be arranged.
